摘要
在全球化时代,文化传播的特点是速度快、范围广、强度大、多样化。文化的传播能力已经成为国家文化软实力的决定性因素。但是,中国文化传播面临现实一系列困境:文化传播实力"西强我弱";国家政府对传媒微观管理多,宏观管理少,管得太死;传播模式、方法和手段僵化;传播内容选择缺乏针对性。因此,必须加快构建技术手段先进,方法方式灵活,体制、理念、内容新颖,覆盖全球的文化传播体系,形成与我国经济社会发展水平和国际地位相称的文化传播能力。
In the era of globalization,cultural transmission is characterized by fast speed,wide range,high strength and diversity.Culture spreading ability has become the decisive factor of national cultural soft power.However,the Chinese culture transmission faces a series of difficulties in reality:the cultural transmission strength of the West is strong,while that of China is weak ;our government has much micro-management but little macro-management of the media.The biggest weakness in the management of the media is too rigid ;the propagation,mode,method and means are rigid ;the selection of communication content lacks pertinence.Therefore,we must accelerate the construction of the culture transmission system which has advanced technology,advanced means,flexible methods and ways,innovative system,concept and content,and can cover the whole world to form the culture transmission ability which is commensurate with China's social and economic development level and the international status.
