In constructing socialist culture,people-oriented value is fair,national and the subjects are harmonious,as are embodied in the aspects of the cultural construction,realistic operation and implementation process.The cultural building needs to clarify the subjects of people-oriented value and properly deal with the relations of builders and organizers,monism and pluralism.To bring people-oriented philosophy into reality will needs a long period of constant understanding,practicing,evaluating and reflecting.
