论数字时代我国档案著录标准的再修订

Revision of Archival Description Standard in the Electronic Era

针对纸质档案制定的我国现行档案著录标准已难以适应数字时代下档案著录的需要,亟待进一步的修正和完善。文章从电子文件著录与纸质档案著录的基本概念入手,系统比较了两者的区别,并在比较的基础上提出了对我国档案著录标准再修订的几点建议。

The present archival description standard which was formulated in the light of paper archives is difficult to meet the needs of archival description in the electronic era,waiting for a further revision and improvement urgently.Starting with the basic concepts of electronic records description and paper archives description,this article compares the differences of the two.Based on this,the article puts forward some suggestions on the revision of archival description standard.
