国际档案著录标准体系研究

Study on the System of International Standards for Archival Description

文章针对我国档案著录标准的建设需求,从宏观视角剖析国际档案著录标准体系的总体架构,提炼和总结其制定原则,并概括其基本结构、功能和特点,分析其启示作用。这对于我国档案工作者从总体上把握国际档案著录标准体系,认识各标准之间的关系具有重要意义。尤其是对于我国档案著录系列标准的顶层规划、建设路线具有很好的参考指导作用,从而为我国档案著录工作的发展奠定坚实的基础。

From the top-layer view, this paper analyzes the general framework of the system of international standards for archival description. Then, it generalizes the basic structure, functions and the main features of the system, summariz the developing principles and revelations between the standards. It is very important for the archivists to fathom the system of international standards, understand the relations between the standards. Especially, this paper can serve to the design of top-layer and the construction route for our national standards system.
