知识整合能力对自主创新绩效的影响--基于软件产业的实证研究 被引量:3

摘要 知识整合能力是企业获取竞争优势的关键因素。为研究知识整合能力对软件企业自主创新的影响,结合中国软件企业产品开发实践,构建了理论模型,以186家软件企业的产品开发为研究对象,运用相关性分析和线性回归分析方法,对研究假设进行了验证。结果表明,企业外部知识整合能力、内部知识整合能力、用户整合能力、知识基础对自主创新绩效有显著的正向影响,知识基础在企业外部知识整合能力对自主创新绩效影响过程中起正向调节作用。 Knowledge integration capability is the key factor for achieving the competitive advantage.The research aims at testing the impact of knowledge integration capability on independent innovation in software industry.Through literature review of the previous research and combining the practice of software development in China,the concept model is constructed.186 software enterprises are chosen as the research case and the research hypotheses are tested by the correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results show that the capabilities of external knowledge integration,internal knowledge integration,user integration and knowledge base have significant positive correlation with the independent innovation performance.Meanwhile,knowledge base is acting as a moderator between the external knowledge integration capability and the independent innovation performance.
