On Western Feminist Critique to the Mainstream Theory of Justice

在女性主义看来,基于性别中立的主流正义论实质是男性正义论;主流正义论中性别正义缺失的深刻根源在于公共领域与私人领域的二元划分;主流正义论关于正义伦理与关怀伦理的二元对立制约了女性的发展。女性主义在对主流正义论的批判中试图构建更具包容性的正义理论,这种构建迄今为止还未完成,但它在丰富正义论内容及开阔当前中国和谐社会正义理念及实践的思路等方面具有重大意义。

In the feminist view,the mainstream theory of justice based on gender-neutral is actually male theory of justice;the loss of gender justice in the mainstream theory of justice deeply roots in the dichotomy of public sphere and private sphere,and the binary opposition of justice ethics and care ethics in the mainstream theory of justice restricts the development of women.Feminist tries to build a more inclusive theory of justice in critique to the mainstream theory of justice;this kind of construction so far has not been completed,but it is of great significance in enriching the content of justice theory and opening the thinking of the current Chinese harmonious social justice and practice.
