基于Houdini软件中L-system的植物生长模拟

摘要 L系统是描述动植物细胞动态交互作用的经典数学模型.首先简单介绍了Houdini搭载的L系统,可以参数化模拟植物的生长过程.然后详细介绍了如何应用L系统逐步模拟竹子的生长,用计算机再现了植物自然生长的形态和过程,给出了相关的规则代码. L-system is a type of classical mathematic models to depict the interaction between propagation cells.This article introduces the L-system in Houdini software,based on which it particularly demonstrates how to simulate the bamboo growth.Given the encoding rules,it represents the figure and process of plants growing in the natural world.
