太阳能电池表面腔窍结构的吸收增强研究

摘要 以一种具有腔窍效应的表面微结构为研究重点,运用有限元分析,模拟计算了该结构所具有的显著光学吸收增强效应.同时将材料色散关系引入计算模型,得到了太阳光谱垂直入射下该结构的反射谱特征.并在此基础上提出了一种具有更佳宽频响应的新型表面微结构.该新型结构可应用于非晶硅薄膜太阳能电池表面,以实现其光吸收率的更大幅度的提高. In this work we focus on a type of surface microstructure through which an obvious enhancement of optical absorption efficiency is observed based on the cavity effect by using the finite element analysis.Considering the dispersion relation,we obtain the characteristics of the reflection spectrums for this microstructure illuminated normally by sunlight.Based on these results,we propose a new type of surface pattern with better broadband response,which can be applied to thin-film α-Si solar cells to enhance the absorption efficiency.
