摘要 采用星点设计-效应面法优化赤芍总苷自微乳化给药系统的处方.以油相含量及Km值为考察因素,以自乳化时间、透光率、粒径和载药量为评价指标,对实验结果进行模型拟合,用效应面法预测最佳处方为当油相含量为21.41%,Km值为2.48时,其自乳化时间、透光率、粒径、载药量分别为1.62min、60.1%、76.67nm、259.80mg·g-1.应用星点设计-效应面优化方法能够快速方便准确地得到赤芍总苷自微乳化给药系统的较优处方. Optimize the formulations of TPG SMEDDS by a central composite design/response surface methodology.The effects of two independent variables,namely the mount of oil and the value of Km,were investigated using the time of self-emulsify,transmittance,mean diameter and drug loading as evaluation parameters.The results were imitated using equations,and the optimum formulation was selected.The optimum formulation was that the time of self-emulsify,transmittance,mean diameter and drug loading were 1.62 min,60.1%,76.67nm,259.80 mg·g-1,respectively when the mount of oil is 21.41% and the Km is 2.48.The optimum formulation of TPG-SMEDDS can be selected rapidly,simply and exactly using a central composite design/response surface methodology.
