摘要
采用高效液相色谱法研究了咖啡酸在加入稳定剂、等渗调节剂后的稳定性.研究最终选取稳定剂为维生素C,等渗调节剂为甘油.结果表明咖啡酸可在处方改良后的蒲公英滴眼液中保持长期稳定.
The stability of caffeic acid was studied using high performance liquid chromatography after add stabilizer and isotonic regulator.The results indicate that vitamin C and glycerin could maintain long-term stability of caffeic acid in dandelion eye drops.
