On the Groups with the Same Orders of Sylow Normalizers as the Finite Simple Group R(q)

In this paper author proves that a finite group G is isomorphic to R( q) ( q = 32m +1 ,m > 0) if and only if they have the same order of Sylow r-normalizer for every prime r.
