日立7020和7180生化分析仪测定结果的比对校正

Determination Results Comparison Calibration of Hitachi 7020 and Hitachi 7180 Biochemical Analyzer

目的对日立7020和7180生化分析仪部分项目结果进行比对校正。方法先检测两台仪器的精密度和线性,再以7020测定结果作为比较方法的测定值(y),以7180作为参考方法的测定值(x),对结果作直线回归分析和校正前的显著性检验,将换算后的各个项目的直线回归方程的斜率、截距作为仪器的校正参数,输入7020生化分析仪中,并做校正后数据的显著性检验。结果日立7020和7180生化分析仪均有良好的精密度和线性;糖、肌酐、肌酸激酶结果一致,天门冬氨酸转氨酶需要进行系统的比对校正。结论对7020作了比对校正后,与7180的结果基本一致,两台仪器的实验结果具有可比性。

Objective To compare correction on the 7020 and 7180 parts of the project results.Methods Detecting two instrument precision and linearity,then doing Linear Regression Analysis and correction of anterior significant test on 7020 value(y) and 7180(x) measured values,doing linear regression equation of slope,intercepting the instrument correction parameters,inputting 7020 biochemical analyzer,and doing the corrected data check.Results Precision and linearity of 7020 and 7180 is good;glucose,creatinine and creatine kinase levels are consistent.Aspartate aminotransferase levels need to be system alignment correction.Conclusion After contrast correction to 7020,consistent with the 7180 results of the experimental results of the two instruments are comparable.
