目的提高产科护理工作质量,降低护理差错事故及减少医疗损害事件的发生。方法分析产科护理差错事故发生的原因,逐步完善和健全产科各项护理工作制度及操作常规,加强护理人员法律意识及职业高风险意识的教育。结果护理差错事故及纠纷明显下降,经济效益和社会效益明显提高。结论完善产科护理工作制度,重视护理人员法律意识及职业高风险意识的教育,提高护理人员安全意识,加强医护人员之间协作意识,在现代产科护理管理中起到关键性作用。

Objective To improve obstetric nursing quality,reduce nursing mistakes and accidents and reduce medical harm incident.Methods Analyzing obstetric nursing errors and accidents causes,gradually improving and perfecting the work system and operation of obstetric care on a routine basis,and strengthening the legal consciousness of nurses in high risk awareness education and occupation.Results Nursing mistakes and accidents and disputes decreased significantly,and economic benefits and social benefit obtained apparent effect.Conclusion Improving obstetric nursing system,emphasizing the importance of legal consciousness of nurses and occupation high risk awareness education,improving nursing staff security awareness,and strengthening consciousness of cooperation between health care professionals,played a key role in modern obstetric care management.
