基层医院67例脑膜瘤患者手术治疗临床体会

Surgical Treatment Experience of 67 Meningiom a Operation in the Basic Hospital

目的阐述脑膜瘤的手术治疗及效果。方法 67例脑膜瘤患者均采用开颅手术治疗,其中3例术前采用同侧颈外动脉结扎术。结果全部手术成功,好转出院;42例随访半年至12年,其中复发11例。结论脑膜瘤主要治疗方法为手术切除,效果好;对于病理诊断非良性者及术中可能未完全切除者应采用术后放射治疗或伽玛刀治疗,防止或延缓肿瘤复发。

Objective To expatiate surgical treatment and clinical outcome of meningioma.Methods 67 cases of meningioma were used by surgical treatment,3 cases of which were ligated outside neck artery on the same side before operation.Results All were successful and discharged after improvement;42 cases had a follow-up for half a year to 12 years,and 11 cases were found with recurrence.Conclusion Surgical treatment is a major treatment for meningioma.The clinical outcome of meningioma by surgical treatment is good.Patients who may not be completely resected in pathological diagnosis of benign and surgery should be treated with postoperative radiotherapy or gamma knife to prevent or delay meningioma recurrence.
