优质护理服务在妇科的应用及效果

Application and Effect of High Quality Care in Gynecological Care

目的探索优质护理服务在妇科护理中综合应用的效果。方法以2011-03～2012-03妇科住院患者中的178例为研究对象。将178例住院患者随机分为对照组88例和优质护理组90例。对照组实施常规护理,优质护理组实施优质护理服务。出院时对两组患者就护理组在入院迎接、巡视病房、响铃应答、用药及疾病知识的健康教育、专业知识和技能、满足患者需要方面进行满意度调查(每项20分,总分为100)并行相关分析。结果优质护理组在入院迎接、巡视病房、用药及疾病知识的健康教育、专业知识和技能、满足患者需要方面的得分高于对照组,并且两组间有明显差异。结论优质护理服务的实施能切实改善护理工作的质量,促进护患、医护关系和谐,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality care in gynecological care.Methods 178 cases of gynecological inpatients in March 2011 to March 2012 are analyzed.178 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into control group(n=88) and high-quality care group(n=90.) The control group received routine care,and high quality care group received high quality care.When patients in two groups of nursing group discharged,they were asked for satisfaction surveys about meeting patients in hospital,ward rounds,ringing response,medication and disease knowledge,expertise and skills,meeting patients needs(20 points each,the total is divided into 100) and parallel analysis is done.Results High quality care in meeting patients in hospital,ward rounds,ringing response,medication and disease knowledge,expertise and skills,meeting patients needs scores higher than the control group,and there is a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The implementation of high quality care can effectively improve the quality of care,and promote the harmonious relationship of the nurse-patient and doctor-nurse.High health care is worth promotion.
