摘要
目的探讨自制血藤芄鹿伸脊丸治疗特发性脊柱侧凸的疗效。方法采用自制血藤芄鹿伸脊丸结合非手术方法治疗特发性脊柱侧凸89例,以临床症状是否消失,前弯试验是否阳性,X线检查Cobb角度大小,椎体有无旋转,能否正常学习和生活自理对治疗效果进行评判。结果治疗8周后,按上述标准评定疗效,治愈57例(64.05%),显效19例(21.25%),好转8例(8.98%),无效5例(5.62%)。结论自制血藤芄鹿伸脊丸在特发性脊柱侧凸中西医结合治疗过程中有明显作用。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of idiopathic scoliosis treated with XTJLSJW.Methods 89 patients with idiopathic scoliosis were treated with non-operative policy with XTJLSJW.Treatment effectiveness was evaluated with change of symptom,bending test,Cobb′s angle,vertebrae rotation,learning ability and viability.Results According to evaluation criterion mentioned above,57 cases(64.05%) are cured,with excellent result 19 cases(21.35%),effectiveness 8 cases(8.98%),inefficacy 5 cases(5.62%) after 8 weeks treatment.Conclusion XTJLSJW is effective in program treatment of idiopathic scoliosis with combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
