阿托品联合沙丁胺醇防治多发性房、室早搏的临床研究

Clinical Research of Atropine Combined with Salbutamol in the Prevention and Treatment of Multiple Atrial Premature Ventricular Premature Beats

目的探讨阿托品联合沙丁胺醇在防治多发性房性早搏室性早搏的临床效果。方法多发性房性早搏室性早搏患者120例按照入院顺序分为研究组与对照组各60例,对照组应用安慰剂作对照与基础疾病治疗,治疗组服用阿托品联合沙丁胺醇治疗。结果两组的总疗效经检验,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组都无恶性不良反应,对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论阿托品联合沙丁胺醇防治多发性房性早搏室性早搏有利于提高治疗效果,同时不增加不良反应,值得推广。

Objective To investigate atropine combined with salbutamol in the clinical effects of prevention and treatment of multiple atrial premature ventricular premature beats.Methods Dividing multiple atrial premature beat ventricular premature beats in accordance with the order of admission into the study group and the control group each with 60 cases.The control group applied a placebo as the underlying disease treatment,and the treatment group taking atropine combined with salbutamol treatment.Results In the two groups the total effect of the test was significantly higher than the treatment group(P < 0.05).The two groups have non-malignant adverse reaction,with no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion Atropine combined with salbutamol in the prevention and treatment of multiple atrial premature ventricular premature beats is conducive to improve the therapeutic effect without increasing adverse reactions,and it should be widely applied.
