神经外科危重病人应激性血糖升高的护理研究

目的观察应激性高血糖对神经外科危重病人预后的影响,探究护理干预的作用。方法对100例在我院治疗的神经外科危重病人进行分析,观察入院时血糖和预后的关系,比较护理前后生存质量评分。结果入院时血糖和预后有相关性,有效的护理干预能提高患者生存质量,减少并发症发生。结论必要的护理干预能提高患者生活质量,满足患者的生理需求,对患者的预后非常重要。

Objective To discuss the effects of humanism nursing on neurosurgery critical patients.Methods Analyzing 100 neurosurgery critical patients in the hospital,discussing the relationship of admission blood glucose and the prognosis,and comparing the scores of living quality between before and after treatment.Results Admission blood glucose is relative to the prognosis.Nursing care can improve the quality of patients,and reduce complication.Conclusion Effective nursing care can greatly raise the living quality,meet the patient needs,and imporve recovery effcetively.
