手术室对围手术期患者实施护理路径护理效果分析

Analysis of Nursing Pathway Implementation on Patients During Perioperative Period in Operating Room

目的探讨手术室护士对围术期患者实施护理路径护理的效果。方法将手术室护理配合工作设为标准路径,并随机选择2个手术病区患者,实施护理路径护理的为实验组,未实施护理路径的为对照组,两组患者各为40人。结果实验组护理质量评分、患者满意度评分、医生满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室对围手术期患者实施护理路径护理,使患者接受全程无缝隙护理,可有效提高护理质量、手术患者满意度及手术医生满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of the operation with the nursing path by the nurse in operating room for surgical patients in the perioperative period.Methods The nursing work of operating room is setted to the pathway,and two surgical patients are randomly selected into two groups.The experimental group has 40 patients for the path implementation,and the control group has 40 patients.Results The rating of the quality of care,patient satisfaction score,doctors satisfaction scores are significantly higher than those in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Nursing pathway in the perioperative period for surgical patients is implemented,so that patients can receive full seamless care,and effectively improve the quality of care,surgery patient satisfaction and surgeon satisfaction.
