健康教育影响癫痫患者的生活质量的研究

Research on the Influence of Health Education on the Quality of Life of Patients with Epilepsy

目的探讨健康教育对提高患者及家属对癫痫疾病的知识水平,培养病人有良好的治疗依从性,有效地控制癫痫发作,防止并发症和意外事故,以及对提高患者的生活质量的作用。方法将我院2009-01～2012-12间收治的58例癫痫病人采用癫痫患者生活质量评定量表(QOLTE-31)及自制调查表进行评定。结果开展健康教育使癫痫病人及家属掌握了相关知识,降低了癫痫发作次数,增加了对护士的信任度,明显提高了病人的生活质量,意外事故发生率为零。结论在对癫痫病人进行抗癫痫治疗的同时,应加强对病人的健康教育,以提高病人的生活质量。

Objective To probe into the influence of health education on improving the understanding level of patients and their family members against the epilepsy,cultivating the good treatment compliance of patients,effectively controlling the outbreak of epilepsy,preventing the complications and accidents and improving the quality of life of patients as well.Methods A total of 58 cases patients with epilepsy,who had been treated in the hospital from January 2009 to December 2012,were evaluated by the use of the QOLTE-31(Quality of Life Table Evaluation-31) and self-made questionnaire.Results The development of health education could make the patients and their family members understand the relative knowledge against epilepsy,drop the outbreak times of epilepsy,enhance the trust against the nurses,obviously improve the quality of life of patients and decline the accident to zero.Conclusion While the antiepileptic therapy is conducted on the patients with epilepsy,the health education against the patients should be facilitated to improve the quality of life of patients.
