摘要
房地产业作为宏观经济的基础性、先导性产业,不仅是各国经济发展的方向标,而且早已成为国民经济的增长点,对各国经济的增长意义重大.我国实现市场经济体制后,房地产业与整体经济的互动性更强.密切关注、认真研究房地产业周期波动,分析房地产业周期波动特点,探索促进房地产业增长的政策,趋利避害,充分发挥房地产业对国民经济的带动作用,同时尽力避免房地产过热或过冷对我国宏观经济产生不利影响,确保我国经济持续、健康、稳步增长,已成为当前我国经济理论研究方面的重要课题之一.本文拟就我国房地产经济周期波动的特点及其形成原因,并以此为基础探讨相应对策.
