摘要
从投标中普遍存在的问题入手,分析了全程投标的优势,并说明了实施全程投标策略的必要性和可行性.
In this paper,Starting with the common problems existing in bidding,the advantages of all-along bidding are analyzed,and the necessity and feasibility of all-along bidding strategy are discussed.
