摘要
QT-1是一种良好的去除水中溶解性铁的循环水处理药剂,对其应用条件进行了探讨。实验表明,QT-1最佳投加量为30 mg/L,去除溶解性铁的效果不受钙离子浓度和投加的杀菌剂类型的影响。并对QT-1在现场成功进行了应用,某空调循环冷却水系统中的总铁由28mg/L下降到0.8 mg/L,达到了工业循环水处理规范要求。
QT-1 is a good circulating water treating agent,which can remove dissolve iron,and is discussed how it can be applied.The result of tests shows that the best dosage of QT-1 is 30 mg/L,and the ability of removing dissolve iron is not effected by the content of calcium ion and types of germicide.Further more,QT-1 is applied on the spot,which makes the total of iron drop from 28 mg/L to 0.8 mg/L meeting the requirement of industry circulating water standard.
