深水清管及注意事项

水下清管是深水油气开发必不可少的一项作业,也是一项高成本、高风险的工作。清管之前需进行多次风险评估;清管过程中,必须严格按照既定的程序进行;清管结束之后,后续工作还必须按照既定的程序完成,避免留下任何隐患,各个阶段都要做好安全风险分析,并有应急处理措施。

Subsea pigging is necessary to the development of deepwater oil& gas.It is also a high venture and costly job.Before pigging,it is integrant to do hazard evaluation.During pigging,it is needed to pig in accordance with the specified procedures.After pigging,the later jobs must be done in the light of the specified procedures in case to leave any venture behind.Job hazard analysis shall be done and emergent measures shall be taken in any pigging stages.
