摘要
原油在井筒流动过程中不断向周围环境放热。当原油温度低于蜡的初始结晶温度时,蜡晶微粒便开始在油流中和固相表面上析出。本文根据采油十三队生产实际中清蜡措施进行效果评价,结合生产实际问题制定合理的工作方案,降低能耗,延长油井免修期,提高原油产量。
The primary oil will give off heat while flowing in the well bore.When oil's temperature is lower than the FCTA(first crystal to appear)temperature of wax,wax crystallization will dissolve out in the oil stream and on the surface of solid phase.We are going to evaluate the wax removal treating based on the production process of 13th oil production crew.Meanwhile,we are going to work out a practical scheme according to the production process,in order to reduce the energy consumption,extend the pump inspection cycle and finally raise the crude output.
