摘要
柱塞密封是超高压柱塞泵的关键部件,密封性能的好坏及密封寿命是判定超高压柱塞泵性能优劣的关键指标,更是国产超高压清洗设备是否成功的主要依据。就超高压柱塞密封进行了专门探讨,针对不同材料进行结构设计和配合尺寸调整,以求得解决超高压动密封的密封寿命问题,通过上百次试验,历时2年有余,在密封材料、结构形式和配合关系等几方面得到一些经验。聚能公司自己设计制造的柱塞密封在密封性能及寿命方面取得满意的效果。
