A method for Cleanliness testing of the the six-cylinder diesel engine block,cylinder head parts,through sampling,filtration,drying and weighing steps,weighing method and particle size measurements cleanliness testing for the main and auxiliary oil passages of the cylinder head parts,the combustion chamber and ports and waterways of six cylinder parts and cylinder head assembly,provide the technical basis for the high-power diesel engine assembly process cleanliness control.
