摘要 本文在传统油管清洗方法的基础上,结合机械清洗的特点,针对油管在生产实际中所遇到的垢质坚硬,难清洗等问题,设计出了离心式气动钻头装置,用于磨削结垢严重,清洗难度大的油管。现场应用结果表明,离心式气动钻头可以满足清洗结垢薄且硬的油管的需要,有效提高了清洗结垢油管的工作效率。实践证明,离心式气动钻头可以明显的提高经济效益,而且具有广阔的应用前景。 This article is on the basis of the traditional tubing cleaning methods,combined with the characteristics of mechanical cleaning,encountered the problems in actual production,then designs a centrifugal type neumatic drill device used for cleaning tubings which seriously scale and are difficult to clean.The field application shows,centrifugal pneumatic drill can meet the need of cleaning tubings which seriously scale,effectively improve the working efficiency of cleaning tubings.Practice has proved,centrifugal pneumatic drill can obviously improve the economic benefits,and also has wide application prospect.
