摘要 研究了弹性需求下道路收费的优化问题,建立了双层规划模型。其中上层模型以最小化网络总的出行费用为目标,下层模型满足弹性需求下的平衡分配模型。提出了满足Wordrop平衡原则的模型以及求解算法,最后给出了算例。 This paper discusses the optimal model of road toll under elastic demand. A bi-level programming model is developed, of which the upper-level is aimed at minimizing the whole cost of the road network, while the lower-level is satisfied with the equilibrium model based on elastic demand. The model meets the principle of Wordrop equilibrium. A heuristic algorithm is proposed. The proposed model and algorithm are illustrated with a numerical example.
