关于“影子校长”培训实践的思考

摘要 以"岗位体验"为主要形式的"影子校长"培训是大连市"十二五"校长培训的重要项目之一。此项目的设计遵循成人学习规律、校长专业成长规律和场域理论,以组建学习共同体———预设性培训———跟岗观察体验———阶段性集中专题培训———总结提升培训为主要实施环节,侧重提升受训对象职业能力,促进其专业成长。在后续项目实施中,将加大导师培养力度,加强培训内容的设计与组织,完善培训效果评估,逐步丰富和完善培训模式。 'Shadow headmaster' training characteristic of 'post experience' is one of the important projects of 'the 12th Five-Year Plan' headmaster training of Dalian city.The design of this project follows the rules of adult learning and the rules of headmasters' professional development and conforms to the field theory.The main implementation process is organizing learning communities – presupposition training – observation and experience of the post – periodical centralized training – summarizing and enhancing the training.The project focuses on promoting trainees' professional ability and prompting their professional improvement.In the follow-up project implementation,we will strengthen the tutors' own training,enhance the design and organization of training content,perfect the training effect evaluation,and gradually enrich and perfect the training mode.
