中山区教师进修学校积极参与大连教育学院课程开发工作,自主开发的多门课程通过了专家审核,成为全市教师教育课程资源。同时,进修学校加大了区域教师教育课程体系建设,通过开发、共享、购买等形式进一步扩大教师教育课程资源,教师培训实行项目管理和菜单培训,满足了区域教师教育的个性化需求,促进了区域教师专业发展,在参与学院课程开发工作中实现了"双赢"。

Teachers from Zhongshan District Teachers' Training School actively participate in the curriculum development of Dalian Education University;courses developed by them have been approved by experts and have become part of the teacher education curriculum resources.At the same time,this teachers' training school has enhanced the construction of regional teacher education curriculum system and has further expanded teacher education curriculum resources through development,sharing,purchase,etc.Teacher training is in the form of project management and menu training,meeting the individual needs of regional teacher education,promoting regional teachers' professional development,realizing a 'win-win' through participation in curriculum development.
