In the promoting process of 'New High-quality School' project by Xigang District Education Bureau,Dalian No.71 middle school and Datong primary school stood out as typical ones.These two schools transformed from weak schools to high-quality ones,and their successful experience is enlightening and referable for weak schools' fast and good development,for promoting balanced development of regional education,and for improving education fairness.
