摘要
教师教育档案管理对推进研训工作的科学化和制度化具有重要意义。本文从工作实际出发,阐述了教师教育档案管理过程中的问题及对策。
Archive management of teacher education is very important for promoting scientization and institutionalization of research and training teachers' work.This paper,based on real work,discussed the problems and countermeasures in the process of archive management of teacher education.
