多孔钽棒治疗早期股骨头缺血坏死的短期疗效观察

摘要 成人股骨头缺血性坏死(osteonecrosis of the femeral head,ONFH)是由多种原因引起的股骨头血供破坏、骨细胞变性导致骨的活性成分死亡的病理过程。病情进步发展导致髋关节功能障碍,严重的需要进行人工关节置换。
