双腔气囊导尿管在上颌骨囊肿手术中的临床运用

Application of two-cavity balloon catheter in maxillary bone cyst surgery

目的探讨双腔气囊导尿管在口腔上颌骨囊肿术后的止血及引流的临床应用价值。方法对16例上颌骨囊肿患者行囊肿刮治术后及其18例患者行上颌窦根治术后辅助双腔气囊导尿管给予充气压迫止血、引流观察。结果术后观察术区无续发出血及肿胀、感染等并发症。结论颌骨囊肿的治疗方法基本为手术刮治,而双腔气囊尿管在囊肿刮治术后防止出血,引流及其预防术后感染具有明显效果,方法简单,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of two-cavity balloon catheter in maxillary bone cyst operations.Methods 34 patients including maxillary cysts and maxillary sinusitis were retrospectively reviewed.Following the operation,two-cavity balloon catheter was put into maxillary sinus or cavity to hold the wall of the sinus.No complication such as postoperative secondary hemorrhage/infection/swelling occured after surgery.Results Two-cavity balloon catheters technique can prevent postoperative secondary hemorrhage and infecion,and it could give good drainage for postoperative hemorrhage.Conclusion Two-cavity balloon catheters in maxillary surgery supply more benefits than traditional surgical methods and easy to apply.
