班级是大学生的基本组织形式,是大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的主要组织载体。着力加强班级集体建设是加强和改进高校学生管理工作的重要内容。依据现代管理科学的"短板理论",从文化管理、信息管理、知识管理、艺术管理、权变管理、执行力管理六个维度,构建"以学生为本"的高校班级六维管理模式,以期不断增强高校班级管理的前瞻性、科学性、实效性,提升高校班级管理效能。
