摘要
本试验研究了不同基本培养基对凤尾鸡冠花愈伤组织生长及花青素积累的影响。试验实验结果表明,在所试的10种基本培养基中,MS,LS,B_5这三种基本培养基既可促进愈伤组织生长,又能促进花青素积累,其中LS效果最好。
Effects of ten basic culture media on callus growth and anthocyania accumulation in Celosia
cristata var. pyramidalis were significantly different, MS, LS and B_5 could promote not only callus
growth but also anthocyanin accumulation, of which LS was the best.
