大众化教育下提高本科医学生就业率的思考

Thinking of Improving Undergraduate Employment Rate under Popular Education

随着我国高等医学教育改革的不断深入和发展,大众化教育背景下本科医学毕业生数量大大增加,就业压力逐年加大。因此,本文从卫生事业发展的现状、影响本科医学生就业的主要因素等进行分析,提出提高本科医学生就业率的措施。

By high medical educational reform is developing deeply,the number of undergraduates will creasing more and more following the press of employment rate.For this reason,the author of this article has analysed the current situation of medical career development and major influencing factors to undergraduate employment rate,and put forward some measures to increasing the rate.
