高等中医药院校大学文化建设浅析

Analysis of the Construction of Higher TCM University Culture

本文以大学文化建设为切入点,结合高校人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承与创新的功能,就中医药高等院校建设具有中医药文化特色的大学文化问题进行初步探讨。提出大学文化建设中应以社会主义核心价值体系为导向,彰显"悬壶济世"的价值追求;以中医药人才培养为根本,强化"大医精诚"的素质理念;以服务社会的活动为载体,在双向的多层次对内外交流中,注重中医药文化的传播与推广。

With the development of college culture as the entry point and combinations of high-level institutes functioning in talents educating,scientific research,social service,and cultural inheritance and innovation,this paper discusses the question of developing college culture characterized by TCM in high-level TCM institutes.This paper indicates that development of college culture should be: under the guidance of socialistic core value system,demonstrating the value of practising medicine in order to help the people;under the basis of talent educating,enforcing the idea of virtues of great physicians;under the carrier of social service,emphasizing transmissions of TCM culture.
