对七年制医学生培养的思考

Reflections of 7-year Program Medical Education

七年制高等医学教育是我国医学教育长学制的一种探索,七年制教育虽然有着一定的优势和特点,但在培养与管理中也存在一些问题和矛盾,建议通过抓紧七年制的准入准出标准、改革七年制教育模式等进一步凸显七年制的优势特色,提高其培养质量。

Medical clinical seven-year program education is one of long term research in China.It has a few advantages,but there are also some probrems in it.It is suggested that raising the entry and quasi standards,reforming the education mode to highlight the advantages and improve the training quality.
