Thoughts on How to Reform and Build a New Curriculum System to Adapt the Rural Directional Medical Personnel Training Mode

目的:探索建立满足基层医疗服务需求的农村定向医学人才培养模式下的课程体系。方法:通过构建思想道德和人文修养课程体系、专业知识课程体系、实践能力培养课程体系、综合素质培养课程体系四个模块,优化重组教学内容;改革教育教学方法,开展了SP教学、PBL教学、TBL教学、模拟教学和情景教学等;改革考核评价体系,建立了有利于学生自主学习和自我评价的客观考核测评体系和客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)平台,实施实习准入考核和毕业综合考核。结果:构建了突出全科医学和面向基层培养模式的临床医学课程体系;形成了以学生为主体、教师为主导、知识传授与能力培养并重的教育教学理念;构建了能促进学生可持续发展的新型考核评价体系。结论:人才培养模式改革的核心是课程体系改革,构建科学的课程体系是确保农村订单定向医学生培养和高素质应用型医学人才培养的重要保障。

Objective To explore the establishment of a new curriculum system under the rural directional medical personnel training mode to suit the demands of primary healthcare services.Methods To optimize and reorganize the teaching content by building four modules of the curriculum system,which include ideological and moral and humanistic quality curriculum system,the knowledge capacity curriculum system,practical ability culture system,and overall quality of training system.To reform the educating and teaching methods by the practice of SP teaching,PBL teaching,TBL teaching,simulated teaching and situational teaching.To establish the objective assessment evaluation system and objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) platform which would improve the capability of the students in self-evaluation and self-learning.To implement the clinical practice access assessment and graduation comprehensive assessment,this would guarantee the quality of students' clinical practice and graduation.Results Having built a new curriculum system to adapt the rural directional medical personnel training mode;having come up with an idea about the educating and teaching methods that reflected the thought of teaching around students,having created a new assessment system to ensure the general development of students.Conclusion The core of personnel training mode reform is curriculum system reform,and building science curriculum system is an important guarantee to ensure the quality of application-oriented medical personnel training to suit the demands of primary healthcare services.
