摘要
近年来,在国内高校教师的聘任过程中,"查三代"现象日益普遍。学校已不再满足于应聘教师博士学位的高含金量,而是将其研究生和本科是否是名牌大学纳入了衡量的范围之内。"查三代"现象的产生,有其独特的历史条件和形成原因。通过探析这一现象,将对我国制定相应的法律法规、完善高校的教师评价体制、构建公平的教师招聘环境具有重要的意义。
In recent years,the phenomenon of'educational background discrimination'during teachers'recruiting process has been more and more popular in china.The employers in universities are no longer satisfied with the high-quality of interviewee's doctor's degree,but put the fame of universities where they get bachelor's and master's degree into great consideration.This happens with its unique historical conditions and reasons.Analysing it can be helpful to the establishment of related laws and regulations,the improvement of teacher assessment and the development of relatively fair recruiting environment.
