Reflections and Reform of Teaching Methods in the Course of Environmental Law

环境法知识是法科学生培养的重要一环,但环境法课程和环境法学教育的现状却不容乐观。目前,环境法课程通用的教师中心型教学法和实践型教学法都存在诸多弊端与不足,需要进行认真反思。因此,环境法教学方法的改革是,突破目前环境法课程困境的有效途径。对此,需要坚持"以生为本"的理念,形成灵活多样的教学方法体系,将理论教学与实践教学相互结合。

Environmental law is an important part in the training of law students;however,there are some problems and difficulties in the teaching process.The common teaching practice——teacher-centered method and practice method——are in need of serious reflections.Thus,the reform of teaching methods is an effective way to overcome the dilemma.Therefore,we need to insist the student-oriented idea,establish flexible teaching system and combine theoretical teaching with practice teaching.
