面向定量分析能力培养的《公共管理学》课程范式改革初探——基于“挑战杯”参赛作品的分析

Primary Exploration of Quantitative Analysis Oriented Teaching Paradigm Reform ——Enlightenment from Works of National College Students Challenge Cup

定量分析已经成为当代公共管理研究的主流方法。通过对全国大学生"挑战杯"课外学术作品的量化分析,我们发现了类似的规律性。这种趋势既反映了学生对公共管理知识需求的内容和方向,也对传统的《公共管理学》课程教学范式提出了挑战。基于此,本文分析了定量分析方法的意义和功能,由此提出了一个面向定量分析能力培养的课程教学四阶段实施模式,并且探讨了在《公共管理学》课程中引入定量分析方法应当关注的几个教学策略问题。

Quantitative analysis has dominated in the study of public management, which is testified by our exploration the works of National College Students Challenge Cup. This trend demonstrates what students expect from public management and challenges traditional teaching paradigm of public management. Based on this trend, firstly we analyze the meaning and function of positive analysis. Secondly put up the four-stages teaching implementation mode which aims to train students’ positive analysis ability. Finally explore several teaching strategies in introducing positive analysis into public management.
