浅论高校驻京办工作——高等教育管理学的视角

on Beijing Liaison Offices of Universities——from the Perspective of Higher Education Management

高校驻京办事处是各高校在北京的派出机构,同时也是中央部委与学校间上情下达、下情上诉的信息传播中介与桥梁。但近年来,其正常的服务功能不仅被弱化,甚至被出现的"异化"功能所掩盖。因此,在学校的大发展及其机构改革不断深入的过程中,充分发挥驻京办事处的优势和作用,应该成为我们认真研究和思考的课题。

Beijing liasion offices are the agencies of non Beijing universities. They are the bridge that links the universities and the central ministries and serves as information transferring media between them. However,their normal service functions have been weakened recently. Moreover,the alienated functions,such as bribery and seeking connections,have concealed the normal ones. Therefore,with the rapid development of the universities and the deepening reform of university organizations,it is an issue worth careful study and reflcetion to give full play to and take advantage of Beijing liasion offices.
