节约型大学建设中的财务管理研究

Research on Financial Management in Economical Universities Construction

在国家建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的形势下,高校作为社会的重要组成部分,建设节约型大学是社会发展的需要,更是高校实现可持续发展的需要。本文针对目前高校财务管理在节约型大学建设中存在的问题进行了分析,指出财务管理在节约型大学建设中的重要作用,并从完善财务制度建设、建立科学的预算管理体制、加强资金使用监督、强化成本意识、提高现存资源使用效益、优化资金筹措方式、树立财务人员节约及理财理念等财务管理工作诸多方面,对高校节约型大学的建设提出了几点积极的建议。

As our country is establishing a resource saving and environment friendly society,it is not only the need of social development to build conservation oriented universities,but also the need to achieve sustainable development for universities. This article focuses on the problems of present financial management existing in the construction of conservation oriented universities, points out the significant role of financial management in economical university construction,and proposes constructive ideas of perfecting financial system construction,establishing a scientific budget management system,enhancing supervision of fund use,strengthening the consciousness of the cost,improving the efficient use of existing resources,optimizing the financing way and setting up financial personnel saving and financial management concept.
