Time Quality Monitoring Scheme for Substation Equipment Based on Existing Communication Modes

摘要 提出了基于现有通信模式的变电站保护时间偏差监测方案,给出了网络延时动态测试方法,对保护通信计算时间偏差进行补偿。该系统具有实施性强、监测覆盖面广、时间监测粒度细、监测效果精度较高的特点。 This paper proposes a new solution for time deviation monitoring of protection equipment based on communication model,as well as a testing method of dynamic network delay to compensate time deviation.The new solution is easy to carry out and possesses various characters like large monitoring coverage,high density and precision of time monitoring,and it is tested to be effective in practice.
