北京市朝阳区1311名中学生吸烟行为分析

Analysis of smoking behavior in 1131 middle school students

目的研究中学生尝试吸烟行为现状及相关因素,为学校控烟工作提供理论支持。方法对朝阳区1311名中学生进行问卷调查。结果中学生尝试吸烟率19.76%(259/1311),其中初中生高于高中生和职高生,男生高于女生,住宿生高于非住宿生;因好奇而尝试吸烟占52.61%(131/249);83.14%(1090/1311)的学生家长吸烟,其尝试吸烟率20.92%(228/1090),有家长吸烟学生尝试吸烟率高于无家长吸烟学生;59.19%(776/1311)的学生至少有1名任课教师吸烟,其尝试吸烟率为25.39%(197/776),有任课教师吸烟学生尝试吸烟率高于无任课教师吸烟学生;95.09%(1240/1304)的中学生能正确认识吸烟有害健康,其尝试吸烟率为18.87%(234/1240),对吸烟有正确认识学生尝试吸烟率低于不能正确认识的学生。结论初中生、男生是尝试吸烟预防的重点人群,中学生尝试吸烟多因好奇心,家长教师吸烟促进中学生尝试吸烟;杜绝中学生尝试吸烟需要深入开展工作。

objective To research the status and related factors of attempting smoking behavior in middle school students,and to provide theoretical support for tobacco control in schools.Results The attempting smoking rate in middle school students was 19.76%(259/1 311).The rate in junior school students was higher than that in senior school students;that rate in boys was higher than that in girls;that rate in boarding students was higher than that in non-boarding students.Curiosity as a reason for students to attempt smoking was accounted for 52.61%(131/249)among all the students.83.14%(1 090/1 311)of total students' parents were smokers,and among these students the rate of attempting smoking students was 20.92%(228/1 090) which was higher than that in students whose parents were non-smokers.59.19%(776/1 311)of students had at least one teacher who was a smoker,and among these students the rate of attempting smoking students was 25.39%(197/776)which was higher than that in students whose teachers were non-smokers.95.09%(1 240/1 304)of students had the right consciousness that smoking was harmful,and among these students the rate of attempting smoking students was 18.87%(234/1 240)which was lower than that in students who had wrong consciousness.Conclusions The junior school students,boys should be mainly focused on for attempting smoking prevention.The main reason for students to attempt smoking is curiosity.The smoking behavior among teachers and parents could prompt the attempting smoking behavior of students.It still needs a lot of work to do for precluding attempting smoking behavior among middle school students.
