江苏省昆山市周庄镇老年人健康素养现况调查

Survey on the status of health literacy among the elderly people in Zhouzhuang town of Kunshan city,Jiangsu province

目的了解昆山市周庄镇60岁以上老年居民的健康素养水平。方法采用整群抽样的方法,随机抽取周庄镇4个行政村作为研究对象,对每个行政村所有60岁以上的老年人进行问卷调查。结果周庄镇老年居民中具备健康素养的占7.8%,其中健康理念和基本知识素养、健康生活方式与行为素养、健康技能素养的知晓率分别为67.1%、54.8%、57.9%。结论周庄镇老年居民健康理念和基本知识素养、健康生活方式与行为素养、健康技能素养的知晓率均未达到80%的目标,要继续加强健康教育工作。

Objective To understand the status of health literacy among the elderly people above 60 years old in Zhouzhuang Town,Kunshan. Methods Four administrative villages were randomly selected with cluster sampling as the study objects in Zhouzhuang Town,and all people over 60 years old were investigated with questionnaires. Results The overall level of health literacy among elderly residents in Zhouzhuang Town was 7.8%,and the awareness rates of the health knowledge literacy,health lifestyle and behaviors literacy and health skills literacy were 67.1%,54.8% and 57.9% respectively. Conclusions The awareness rates of the health knowledge literacy,health lifestyle and behaviors literacy and health skills literacy did not reach the planning target of 80%.Health education should be strengthened in the future.
