河南省基层男性职业控烟者控烟问题调查

Survey of tobacco control problems among male tobacco workers from grass-foot units in Henan

目的调查河南省基层男性控烟工作者对控烟难问题的认识,探讨控烟的有效方法。方法采用选题组讨论方法对河南省51个县(市、区)基层男性疾病预防控制工作人员调查询问,寻找控烟工作中面临的问题,并通过频数计算和加权计量分值计算出控烟问题重要性排序。结果控烟工作中排在前10位的主要问题依次是烟瘾问题、社交需要、控制措施、烟草危害认识问题、社会控烟宣传问题、烟草行业利益和烟草税收问题、烟草广告、控烟机制、烟草购买问题、青少年控烟教育。前10位控烟问题的加权构成比累计为60.25%。结论在控烟工作中要优先解决位列前10位的问题,有利于控烟工作的开展。

Objective To explore the understanding of the possible barriers and efficient methods of tobacco control from male tobacco workers in grass-foot units.Methods To find the possible barriers that could be met in tobacco control progress,from group discussion of people selected from 51counties,districts or cities,in Henan;then calculate the importance order using frequency calculation and weighted score measurement.Results The top ten problems of tobacco control are respectively tobacco addiction,necessary tools for social communication,control strategies,awareness of tobacco harm,promotion of tobacco control,benefit of tobacco industry,tax of tobacco industry,tobacco advertisements,tobacco control mechanism,tobacco purchase,and adolescent education of tobacco control.The weighting constituent ratio of the top ten problems accumulatively is 60.25%.Conclusions In tobacco control work,it will be more efficient to give priority to solve the top ten problems.
